Only 6 State Senators have Posted against NOvember Issue 1

Only 1 out of 26 Republican OH State Senators (there are only 7 Dems, FYI) have publicly made *Original Posts* in their Facebook feeds and/or websites since 8/8/23 about ANYTHING pertaining to the NOvember late-term abortion amendment.

We have identified the 1 who actually lives-up to their claims of being “Pro-Life”. These bold warriors for the Unborn, with district numbers are:

(Clarification: Theresa’s FB pages are devoid of mentioning NO in NOvember, but she has a Press Release on her official .gov page about the ballot board hearing, in which she was very strong against NOvember.)

(Note: Michele Reynolds ONLY on her personal FB feed, not her “Senator” feed, has what appears to be an accepted tagging from *someone else* on a “NO” post. But no personal comment.)

That means that you have 25 elected “Republican” Senators posting NOTHING, while they blather on about fair visits, tax and business successes: many of whom SAY that they will “defend the unborn” or are “pro-life” or “defending families”. Many have FB followers which equal or far exceed that of OEF They are either asleep at the wheel, liars or cowards.

A few are even stupid enough to have their last (aging) Facebook post in their feed be about urging their constituents to vote in the affirmative for the 8/8 election which had the same Issue# and similar context.

If you’ve read our post from 9/17 about the Ohio Republican Representatives, you’ll note that this is all a bit of troubling deja vu and copy/paste.

There’s 6 weeks to go. On our webpage at OhioElectionForum.com and below, we have ALL the links we found, to their Facebook pages and websites (if they have these).

CRITERIA: We reviewed only Facebook pages, websites and the Senator’s OhioHouse.gov page between 9p 9/22/23 and 10a 9/23/23. The Rep needed to have some kind of *Original Post* AFTER the failure of the 8/8 vote, referencing the need to block the NOvember vote. We looked for anything that specifically mentioned the NOvember issue by name, or at least referenced the concerns about what Issue 1 will do. Regarding fairness: MANY of these Reps post daily or semi-daily about their whereabouts, appearances at local fairs, etc. So, they could certainly add a Post about the need to vote NO in NOvember.
